8/9 Tri Training Update

Tonight's regimen:

*5.6 Mile bike in 20 minutes - on stationary
*immediately followed by 16:10 2mile run
*3 x 20 push-ups, 10 v-ups, 10 sit ups with no rest in between
*1 carna asada buritto and a protein shake immediately after
